Overview
Anthony Argiropoulos is the litigation attorney health care providers, retailers, and commercial enterprises want in their corner when big, complex problems threaten their operations. In contentious disputes involving antitrust, commercial torts, contracts, defamation, Lanham Act, and unfair competition, Anthony aggressively and proactively pursues winning strategies.
Clients credit his strategy-driven approach and effective use of the counterpunch to disrupt the status quo and drive to success. For health care industry clients, Anthony has developed an impressive track record tackling high-exposure matters—whether he’s seeking millions of dollars from health insurance companies or defending multimillion-dollar emergency room services claims or alleged opioid diversion schemes. His collaborative approach to solving problems and unconventional approach to litigation enables him to think outside the box and spot the pressure points and opportunities he leverages to win. He also recognizes and understands the challenges in-house counsel face and outlines paths to achieving the client’s ultimate legal and business goals.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. House of Representatives Oversight Committee sought Anthony’s advice and insight into unfair commercial practices and price gouging for personal protective equipment and other essential commodities. Anthony frequently appears before the New Jersey Supreme Court as amicus, advocating on behalf of health care nonprofits.
In addition, Anthony is a Chair of the firm's National Litigation Steering Committee.
