Diana Costantino Gomprecht is a seasoned litigator and trusted advisor who handles a diverse range of employment and commercial disputes.

She represents clients in federal and state courts and before arbitration tribunals, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the American Arbitration Association, and JAMS, and defends clients in proceedings before administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Diana also advises clients on strategies to reduce the risk of litigation and resolves cases regularly through mediations.

Her clients span various industries, including financial services and banking, health care, advertising, media, retail, hospitality, food service industry, and insurance, as well as charitable organizations. Highly regarded for her investigative skills, Diana is often called upon by clients to conduct independent investigations into internal employee complaints of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation.

She is a regular presenter at continuing legal education programs, where she shares insights on best practices for the preservation and production of electronic discovery.

Diana serves as a Vice Chair of Epstein Becker Green’s National Litigation Steering Committee and is a long-standing member of the firm’s Technology Steering Committee. She is also an active participant and frequent speaker for Epstein Becker Green’s Women's Initiative and one of the firm’s three Delegates to the International Lawyers Network.

Outside of work, Diana lives in Westchester County, New York, with her husband and three children.
