This distinction recognizes individuals whose outstanding contributions and dedication exemplify the firm's foundational values.

The Core Values Champion program is an integral part of Epstein Becker Green’s culture, celebrating colleagues who demonstrate an unwavering commitment to teamwork, client service, and professional excellence. Nominated by their peers, these annual champions are recognized for consistently embodying the principles that define the firm.

“We are immensely proud to honor Erin, Maggie, and Dionna as our 2025 Annual Core Values Champions,” said Jim Flynn, Managing Director. “Their actions reflect the very best of our firm’s culture—a commitment to going above and beyond for our clients and for each other. They set a high standard for professional excellence and collaborative spirit, and we are grateful for their significant contributions.”

Erin E. Schaefer

Erin – for her exceptional client service and leadership. In just one example involving a critical client engagement concerning a major global series of coordinated events, Erin’s direct intervention was instrumental in inspiring client confidence and securing a high-stakes project, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and deliver results.

Marguerite (Maggie) McGowan Stringer

Maggie – for her remarkable integrity and proactive support, as well as relationship building across offices. She has distinguished herself through her willingness to assist on urgent and complex litigation matters across an array of subjects, including wage-hour class actions and a pivotal federal court matter involving healthcare policy. Her thoroughness and thoughtful approach have been invaluable to her teams and the firm’s clients.

Dionna Del Vecchio

Dionna – for her exemplary performance, leadership within the marketing team, and strong support for the firm’s attorneys. Stepping up to support the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice, Dionna skillfully managed numerous pitches, RFPs, and the logistics for the firm’s 44th Annual Workforce Management Briefing, ensuring the continued success of key business development initiatives, all of which made her well-deserving of receiving this year’s Annie Jo Burgess Award as the business professional representative among our three annual Core Values Champion award winners.

We congratulate these outstanding colleagues for their important role in creating an inclusive, rewarding, and values-based culture.
