As the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer, Andrew Katznelson plays a pivotal role in orchestrating Epstein Becker Green’s business development, marketing, and communications functions.

With more than 20 years in the legal industry, Andrew has successfully aligned marketing strategies with business development to drive growth. He has extensive experience developing and implementing relationship-building strategies tailored to law firm clients.

At Epstein Becker Green, Andrew leads the marketing and business development team, partnering with the firm’s Health Care, Life Sciences, Litigation & Business Disputes, and Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practices. He works closely with both practice leadership and the senior management of the firm.

Andrew is known for building and leading high-performing teams that excel in a competitive legal market. They drive content strategy, digital marketing, communications, and business development tactics that engage stakeholders and connect with target audiences.

His work has consistently increased client loyalty and market visibility, backed by measurable success metrics. He has published articles and spoken at industry conferences, serving as a trusted advisor to attorneys and peers.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Andrew held leadership roles at several Am Law 100 firms. As Director of Business Development and Market Engagement at a Silicon Valley-based firm, he crafted effective go-to-market strategies that enhanced client engagement and increased firm visibility. At an international firm, Andrew served as the Global Director of Business Development, leading a worldwide team focused on driving revenue growth for key clients by implementing cross-selling strategies and leveraging analytics, strategic coaching, and collaboration.
