Adam Paine: Adam advises clients across industries, including health care and life sciences, investment management, real estate development, private equity, telecommunications, and construction. Clients rely on Adam for his adept handling of commercial disputes, dispositive motions, settlement negotiation, insurance coverage, and appeals.

Jessica Giambrone Palmese: Clients seek Jessica’s counsel on employment law, defending employers in individual and class litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Drawing upon her extensive experience as a trial attorney with the New York City Law Department, she develops effective courtroom strategies to outmaneuver her opponents.
