Overview
Representing banks and banking customers, Epstein Becker Green's Banking Litigation group has both prosecuted and defended leading cases involving the securitization of consumer debt, letters of credit, factoring, derivative contracts, check warranties, and other banking law matters.
Our attorneys also have extensive experience in financial institution and securities regulatory matters and professional liability suits and have represented both the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Resolution Trust Corporation in cases involving claims against failed savings and loan associations and commercial banks.
