• Represents a multibillion-dollar retailer in National Prescription Opiate Litigation (MDL) and state court opioid litigation.
• Successfully argued to the New Jersey Supreme Court that the “common knowledge” exception should not apply to the New Jersey Affidavit of Merit statute.
• Serves as lead trial counsel for a Silicon Valley and Japanese hardware component manufacturer in an international theft of trade secrets claim involving the design of microprocessors and arising in China.
• Successfully defended a regional medical practice insurer against claims for over $2 million in fees arising from Lanham Act and false advertising claims.
