Steve Blackburn has practiced labor and employment law, representing employers exclusively, since 1984. An experienced trial lawyer, Steve has defended employers in numerous jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings with a proven track record of success. His experience includes litigating whistleblower claims, unfair competition and employee mobility disputes, harassment claims, and wage and hour class actions. Steve draws on the practical insight gained from nearly 40 years of experience in litigating labor and employment law issues when providing day-to-day advice and counseling to employers regarding their compliance with California and federal employment laws.
