The AmLaw Litigation Daily featured the Epstein Becker Green client team that represented automobile parts maker GKN Driveline North America in three coordinated wage-and-hour cases in the Middle District of North Carolina.

The ALM list spotlights lawyers securing massive verdicts, high-stakes defense wins, or pivotal legal victories in a weekly series highlighting standout performances by attorneys in major trials and appellate rulings.

Following is an excerpt:

Shout-out to Paul DeCamp and Adriana Kosovych, who led a team at Epstein Becker Green representing automobile parts maker GKN Driveline North America in three coordinated wage-and-hour cases in the Middle District of North Carolina. U.S. District Chief Judge Catherine Eagles denied motions to certify a class or a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act in any of the cases. "The plaintiffs propose no efficient method of resolving class-wide liability and individual damages across three different subclasses, each involving at least six different forms of alleged off-the-clock work, at three different manufacturing facilities," she wrote. The Epstein Becker Green team included Alexandria Adkins, Christopher Coyne, Christopher Dyess, and Eduardo Quiroga.
