In addition, businesses and individuals rely on Ethan to represent them in commercial disputes involving business torts, breaches of contractual and commercial lease obligations, fraud and False Claims Act violations, and the enforcement of money judgments.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Ethan was an attorney in the Litigation Practice Group at a prominent regional law firm, where he litigated a wide range of complex civil, criminal, and employment matters. During law school, Ethan served on the Executive Board of Cardozo’s Moot Court Honors Society, and as a law clerk in the Labor Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
