Driving the New Workplace Forward

The 2022 Annual Workforce Management Briefing will be held both in person in New York (as a full-day program) and virtually (as a half-day program). Epstein Becker Green attorneys, in-house counsel, and human resources executives will share best practices and provide valuable insights on key issues impacting the workforce.

Employers continue to (re)calibrate their workplaces as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the changing expectations of their employees. They’re challenged to offer remote and hybrid options and attract and retain talent—while having a culture that motivates and drives their workplaces forward. Layered on top of those challenges, impactful developments from the federal government, as well as legislation at the state and local levels, seem to be occurring with greater and greater frequency.

Presenters will include a Commissioner of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as general counsel and human resources professionals from such companies as Deloitte, McDonald’s Corporation, Marsh McLennan, Moody’s, and Panasonic.

Workshop Topics Include

  • COVID-19-Related Litigation
  • What's Next for Employee Benefits, Including the Impact of the Dobbs Decision
  • Unions: An Emboldened Labor Movement
  • Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace
  • Pay Equity in 2022 and Beyond
  • Health Care Workforce of Tomorrow
  • Increased Cybersecurity Threats
  • Developments in Wage and Hour Law
  • (re)thinking Restrictive Covenants
