Epstein Becker Green Welcomes Seasoned Trade Secret Litigator Erik Weibust in Boston

Weibust has joined as a Member of the Firm in the Litigation & Business Disputes and Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practices in Boston. Erik is an experienced litigator sought after in high-stakes trade secret, noncompete, and commercial litigation. He joins EBG from Seyfarth Shaw, where he co-chaired the Boston office’s Litigation Department and national Litigation Finance Task Force, among other leadership positions over his 15-plus years at the firm. Erik currently serves as Chair of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Trade Secret Committee, Co-Chair of the Boston Patent Law Association (BPLA) Trade Secret Committee, and as a drafting lead for the Sedona Conference Trade Secret Working Group.
