Washington, DC (March 1, 2022)Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that Carter DeLorme has joined as a Member of the Firm in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice. Carter joins EBG from Jones Day, where he represented a number of Fortune 500 organizations in significant and complex matters.

Carter brings EBG more than 25 years of experience defending both local and national companies in labor and employment disputes, with a focus on issues pertaining to equal employment opportunity, wage and hour, trade secret, and restrictive covenant claims before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. In addition to representing non-unionized employers, Carter has experience counseling clients through situations of collective bargaining and union campaigns in unionized settings.

A passionate advocate for evolving the legal industry inside and outside the office, Carter previously served and held a past chair position on Jones Day’s firm wide Diversity, Inclusion and Advancement Committee  and was a member of its Washington, DC office’s Recruiting and Pro Bono Committees. He was also the management co-chair of the 15th ABA Section of Labor & Employment Law Conference. Carter has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America' (2018-2022), including Litigation – Labor and Employment “Lawyer of the Year” in Washington, DC in 2022, and the Washington, DC Super Lawyers (2013-2016, 2018-2021) for Employment & Labor.
