Biography

ALISON E. GABAY is an Associate in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice, in the New York office of Epstein Becker Green. Her practice is focused on employment litigation, disability and public accommodation issues, and employment training, practices, and procedures.

Ms. Gabay received her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (“Cardozo”), where she was a Notes Editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. While attending law school, Ms. Gabay worked at the Authors Guild through Cardozo’s Art Law Field Clinic, interned for the Honorable Brandon R. Sall of the Westchester County Surrogate’s Court, and served as an Employment & Compliance Intern at a beverage company in New York City.

Before law school, Ms. Gabay attended Cornell University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations. She also interned with the Westchester Children’s Association in White Plains, New York.
