New York, NY (August 22, 2022) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that it has been recognized among the Top 3 law firms for female attorneys in Law360’s 2022 Glass Ceiling Report: Women In Law. This annual data-driven survey reveals how women in the profession are faring today, charts the progress made, and provides insight into the steps needed to close the gender gap in the coming future.
According to Law360’s findings, firms are “rethinking the role that many women have played in the workplace and working to give credit for the often unacknowledged work of mentorship, morale boosting, and promoting an inclusive workplace, especially as remote work makes those efforts even more important … Many law firms have been working to renew their diversity goals and recommit themselves to the work of supporting women in the workplace. Firms are building new ways to develop, advance and retain female lawyers at every stage of their careers.”
