Enrique focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, investments, capital raises, joint ventures, and other business transactions. His clients include public and private companies, private equity funds, and portfolio companies.

In addition to advising clients on these business transactions, Enrique counsels clients on formation, corporate governance, and general business matters.
