Employment Law This Week (Episode 93: Week of October 30, 2017) has released bonus footage of its interview with Shira M. Blank, an Associate at Epstein Becker Green.
As Ms. Blank discusses, disability discrimination is in the spotlight as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) files a flood of lawsuits.
