John advises on acquisitions, joint ventures, and affiliations of both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He has significant experience counseling health care providers and investors on structuring private equity-funded joint ventures. From 2015 to 2021, John was a health care attorney at Epstein Becker Green and subsequently joined the Health Law and Corporate practice groups of a New Jersey law firm. He returned to Epstein Becker Green in July 2025.

As a law student, John completed the Seton Hall University School of Law concentration in Health Law, was Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, and received the ABA Health Law Award for Excellence. He also interned in the Special Prosecution Unit at the Union County Prosecutor’s Office and externed in the Division of Law’s Government and Health Care Fraud Unit at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
