Bailey Cremeans helps health care organizations navigate the legal complexities of today’s health care landscape.

Hospitals, health systems, and other health care providers count on Bailey for assistance with health care fraud and abuse, reimbursement, health policy, managed care contracting, medical staff, and regulatory compliance matters. She also keeps clients up to date on relevant federal and state legislative and regulatory trends.

Bailey was previously a summer associate with Epstein Becker Green, working on projects related to telemental health, intellectual property, and data and privacy issues. She earned her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

As a law student, Bailey served as the Executive Justice of Judge Recruitment for the Moritz College of Law Moot Court Governing Board and the Events Editor of The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a legal intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, where she assisted with civil lawsuits by and against the government, and in the Office of the Capital Habeas Unit of the Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Ohio, where she helped advocate for state death-sentenced individuals.

Alongside her legal background, Bailey has been a fitness coach and personal trainer, providing support and guidance to her clients as they strive to achieve their health and fitness goals.
