Epstein Becker Green is pleased to announce that Mark Mosby, Chief Legal Counsel of Fallon Community Health Plan Inc. and Member of the Firm at Epstein Becker Green, has been named a 2026 Leader in the Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s Leaders in the Law program recognizes attorneys who have distinguished themselves through their dedication to the legal profession and their communities.

Mosby serves as Fallon’s dedicated in-house counsel through his partnership with Epstein Becker Green. He brings more than three decades of health care law experience to the role, having previously served as Deputy General Counsel of Priority Health and Director of Regulatory Affairs at First Health.

Mosby has devoted significant time to public service within the legal community. He served for more than 20 years on the Illinois State Bar Association Health Care Law Section Council, including in leadership roles, and in 2015, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Michigan recognized his contributions to combating health care fraud during his tenure on the U.S. Attorney’s Michigan Health Care Fraud Task Force.

His community work has included coordinating hunger relief through the South DuPage County, Illinois CROP Walk, volunteering at  homeless warming centers, and co-founding the Nathan Lewis Mosby Endowed Scholarship Fund for Service Learning at Eckerd College in 2012. He has served on Eckerd College’s Spiritual Life Council for 14 years.
