New York, NY (December 3, 2013) — The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green today announced that it has promoted Jill Barbarino, Jason Christ, and Jang Hyuk Im to Members of the Firm from Associates.

Jill Barbarino, who is a part of the Labor and Employment practice in the firm's New York office, regularly counsels employers on all aspects of employment law compliance and represents clients in state and federal employment-related litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues.

Jason Christ, who is a part of the Health Care and Life Sciences practice in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, focuses his practice on health care fraud and abuse and represents clients in government investigations, litigation, and other health regulatory matters. He regularly interfaces with government enforcers and negotiates favorable resolutions for his clients in high stakes state and federal investigations.

Jang Hyuk Im, who is part of the Immigration Group within the firm's Labor and Employment practice in the San Francisco office, advises employers in a wide range of immigration-based employment-related matters, including securing visas and work permits for foreign nationals employed with many of today's major and well-known high-tech and financial services companies. He works closely with various government departments and agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State.
