New York, NY (September 15, 2015)Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that it will host its 34th annual Workforce Management Briefing on October 15, 2015, in New York.

This year’s briefing, titled “High Stakes and High Priorities,” is designed for corporate counsel and other high-level professionals with employment, labor, benefits, or immigration law responsibilities. Government officials, in-house employment counsel, and EBG attorneys will address the latest labor and employment law developments and what they mean for companies of all sizes.

Jeanne Goldberg, Senior Attorney Advisor, Office of Legal Counsel, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, will join a plenary panel discussion titled “Key Accessibility Challenges as the ADA Turns 25.” This year’s lunchtime keynote speaker is Neil Cavuto, Senior Vice President, Anchor & Managing Editor of Fox News Channel and Fox Business News.

Other panelists include in-house employment counsel from AOL, Credit Suisse, Daiwa Capital Markets, Fresh Direct, Google, Intercontinental Exchange, J. Crew, St. Barnabas Hospital, and Visiting Nurse Services of New York, among others.
