Washington, DC (June 11, 2024)Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is once again proud to announce its support of The District of Columbia Access to Justice Commission’s 2023 Raising the Bar in D.C. campaign.

2023 Raising the Bar in D.C. CampaignFor the 11th year in a row, EBG has been recognized for its crucial support to local legal services organizations via the Campaign, which addresses the civil legal needs of D.C.’s most vulnerable communities.

The Commission noted that, “[EBG’s] support has furthered access to justice for countless of the District’s most vulnerable residents. It ensures that our low-income neighbors have access to free, expert legal help when facing life-altering events such as eviction, domestic violence, the loss of public benefits, and consumer fraud – and keeps them in their homes, with their families, and safely within their communities.”

EBG was honored to participate this year as a Silver Level Donor and continue its assistance as demand for these services grows.

About the Raising the Bar in D.C. Campaign

To meet the urgent need for increased funding for legal services, the D.C. Access to Justice Commission formally launched the Raising the Bar in D.C. Campaign in December 2010, with the endorsement of the D.C. Bar Foundation and the D.C. Bar. The Campaign’s goal is to substantially increase financial support to the District’s legal services community by establishing benchmarks for law firm giving and annually recognizing and celebrating those firms that have donated at benchmark levels.
