New York, NY (February 25, 2014) — The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green is pleased to announce that two of its attorneys were selected as members of Law360's 2014 Editorial Advisory Boards.

George Breen, Chair of the firm's National Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Steering Committee, in the Washington, D.C., office, joined the Health Care board, and Bradley Merrill Thompson, a Member of the Firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the Washington, D.C., office, joined the Life Sciences board.

The purpose of the editorial advisory boards is to get feedback on Law360's coverage and to gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage.

Mr. Breen represents health care systems, manufacturers, suppliers, and other health care providers in government investigations, and defends cases brought under the False Claims Act and other state and federal fraud and abuse laws. He also counsels clients on reimbursement and compliance issues.

Mr. Thompson counsels medical device, drug, and combination product companies on a wide range of FDA regulatory and reimbursement issues. For trade associations, he has served as counsel to AdvaMed and the Continua Health Alliance, and as general counsel to the mHealth Regulatory Coalition and the CDS Coalition.
