New York, NY (July 19, 2010) — National law firm Epstein Becker Green is pleased to announce that David W. Garland, a prominent labor and employment attorney, has joined as a Member of the Firm in the Labor and Employment practice in the New York and Newark offices.

Garland previously served as Chair of the Labor and Employment practice at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. in Newark, N.J. He represents corporate clients in employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and other employment-related litigation, including cases involving allegations of sexual harassment, age, disability, gender, pregnancy and other discrimination; alleged violations of family leave, whistleblower, equal pay and other statutes; and contract, public policy and tort claims. He also handles restrictive covenant litigation. His practice is nationwide, and he has litigated cases throughout the country.
