Detroit, MI (December 7, 2020)Epstein Becker Green ("EBG") is pleased to announce that Adam S. Forman has once again been included in the Lawdragon 500 Leading U.S. Corporate Employment Lawyers list.

Mr. Forman has been recognized by Lawdragon for the seventh consecutive year in its guide to the nation’s top talent representing Corporate America defending wage and hour, discrimination, and a host of other claims; advising on key matters from immigration to executive compensation and employee benefits; and handling union and other labor-management relation matters.

Lawdragon selected the list of 500 lawyers from journalistic research, submissions by firms and clients, and vetting by peers. According to Lawdragon, these attorneys “reflect the dominance of a handful of law firms who either specialize in employment or offer profoundly strong employment practices as part of a large global platform . . . these are the lawyers working through a future on which the window will literally be open as to configurations – physical, social and hierarchical – in which we will work to produce, create and evolve.”

Mr. Forman is a Member of the Firm in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice, based in the Detroit and Chicago offices of EBG. He represents employers in all manners of employment litigation and traditional labor matters, and advises organizations on emerging technologies and their impact in the workplace.  A frequent writer and national lecturer on issues related to the intersection of work and technology, such as artificial intelligence, social media, and privacy issues facing employers, Mr. Forman is often interviewed by newspapers, radio, and legal blogs on those topics.

Additionally, Chambers USA has recognized Mr. Forman for his experience spanning matters as diverse as collective bargaining and the drafting of workplace social media policies, noting, “He is insightful and resourceful in guiding his client to the best and fairest outcome,” according to one source.
