Adam S. Forman, Member of the Firm, will co-present "Social Media in Your Practice - For You and Your Clients," a panel discussion at the National Employment Lawyers Association Seventh Circuit Conference.

This panel will discuss the use of social media in all aspects of your practice – from marketing your firm to bring in clients to advocating for those clients in informal and formal discovery. The panel will discuss useful strategies for gathering as much social media information as you can about and from the defendant while also protecting your client from invasive and overbroad requests to obtain your client’s social media posts and personal electronic messages.
