This program will address the enforceability of various types of restrictive covenants:
- non-competes,
- non-solicitation of clients/co-workers,
- non-disclosure obligations and
- ownership of work product
and the enforceability of such covenants, including determining adequate consideration, reasonable duration, reasonableness of geographic restrictions, jurisdiction and governing law clauses and other provisions, from both the US perspective (with an emphasis on NY and CT) and the International perspective ( Canada, Europe, Latin America, and China).
