Laura DePonio, Associate, co-presents "The Algorithm Will Be Legislated: How AI Lawyers Want Governments to Regulate Artificial Intelligence," a panel during Regulating AI, a CLE program hosted by the Boston Bar Association.

This panel will feature Boston area attorneys who practice in AI law and will discuss their expectations for government regulation of AI. From guardrails to public policy, the speakers will provide their thoughts on desirable AI governing strategies for state and federal governments. Attendees will leave the presentation with ideas to share with clients about how their internal AI governing programs can benefit from these public governance goals.
