Peter Steinmeyer, Member of the Firm, will join a panel discussion, "The 2012 Circuit Court Update: Labor and Employment Law Cases," at the American Bar Association's ADR in Labor & Employment Law Committee Midwinter Meeting.

In a Midwinter Meeting tradition, the panel will review noteworthy cases from the Courts of Appeals from the past twelve months, focusing on cases with particular application to labor and employment ADR.
