In this session, Jill and Chris:

  1. Review Title VII and Americans With Disabilities Act regarding religious and medical accommodations.
  2. Discuss what constitutes a sincerely-held religious belief.
  3. Discuss what constitutes a disability or medical contraindication to receiving the vaccine.
  4. Discuss requirements of the interactive process between the employer and employee to determine whether a reasonable accommodation exists.
  5. Identify possible accommodations.
  6. Discuss accommodation compliance issues.
