Overview

Attorney Ashley Creech represents a diverse group of health care clients, including ambulatory surgery centers, health systems, hospitals, health insurers, large physician group practices, and investors specializing in health care companies. Clients turn to Ashley for her comprehensive understanding of the intersection of the clinical, business, and legal aspects of health care.

Ashley began her career in the health care industry as a registered nurse and as a clinical manager, working in a variety of health care settings, overseeing the operation of services, financial management, and quality assurance programs. Her clinical experience combined with her in-depth knowledge of health systems operations makes her exceptionally qualified to navigate clients through the complexities of the health care regulatory landscape at the state and federal level.

When representing health care entities in litigation, Ashley’s experience and attention to detail provides reassurance to both clinicians and health care executives. She has successfully guided clients and provided regulatory advice on a wide range of matters, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and state law regarding various licensure requirements. She also regularly reviews a variety of contracts, including medical director agreements, physician employment agreements, asset purchase agreements, and payor agreements.
