New York, NY (October 19, 2015)Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce the launch of a weekly news program titled Employment Law This Week®. This innovative online video program – among the first of its kind in the legal industry – will deliver the most significant stories and developments in employment, labor, and workforce management issues. In about five minutes, the webcast will cover breaking news, cases, and legislation that are most relevant to employers and in-house counsel.

“We are excited to deliver the latest employment developments, content we have been producing and distributing to our clients for years, via a new electronic format,” said David W. Garland, Chair of EBG’s Employment, Labor, and Workforce Management Steering Committee. “Our clients are busy and will benefit from information presented through concise sound bites given the volume of information they receive each day.”

Anchored by host George Carroll Whipple, III, a Member of the Firm in EBG’s Employment, Labor, and Workforce Management practice in New York, Employment Law This Week® will feature EBG attorneys from across its national offices as well as commentary from in-house executives, human resources professionals, and legal officers.

“We view the news program format as an effective vehicle through which we can provide key information to our clients and contacts in a digestible format which will be incredibly helpful to them as they monitor the employment law developments that most affect their businesses,” said Mr. Whipple.

The program’s production team includes EBG attorneys John Fullerton, David Garland, Carmine Iannaccone, William Milani, Victoria Sloan, Michael Thompson, and George Carroll Whipple, III. The staff production team is led by Amanda Schneider.
