ZACHARY S. TAYLOR is an Associate in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the Newark office of Epstein Becker Green. He will be focusing his practice on fraud and abuse issues, mergers and acquisitions, and health regulatory due diligence. 

Mr. Taylor obtained his J.D., magna cum laude with a concentration in Health Law, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he also earned a Health Care Compliance Certification and received the school’s Excellence in Health Law Award. Previously, he received a Bachelor of Arts and then a Master of Education from The University of Texas at Austin.

Before Epstein Becker Green, Mr. Taylor was the only joint, non-medical staff member concurrently employed at two unaffiliated hospitals in central New Jersey. In that role, he built a collaborative of over 30 organizations that developed strategic plans to guide community benefit efforts, resulting in two Community Outreach Awards from the New Jersey Hospital Association’s Health Research and Educational Trust of New Jersey.

Since May 2010, Mr. Taylor has been designated as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
