Epstein Becker Green Launches High-Stakes Litigation Podcast, Speaking of Litigation

New York, NY (May 23, 2023) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) has announced the launch of its newest podcast, Speaking of Litigation.

The podcast will feature EBG litigators sharing real-world insight into how high-stakes conflicts and trials unfold, bringing the audience into the courtroom and asking, “What would you do in this situation?” or, maybe more importantly, “What can you do in this situation?”

Speaking of Litigation demystifies the world of litigation and trial law by providing an inside look at the conflict and resolution cycles inherent to disputes as well as the components necessary to come away with the “big win.” Whether you have been served with a grand jury subpoena or are simply interested in learning how incoming regulations like the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed ban on noncompetes will impact you and your business, Speaking of Litigation covers it all.

The first episode of Speaking of Litigation, “The New Playbook for Depositions,” pairs Argiropoulos with EBG attorneys Victoria Flinn McCurdy and Max Cadmus as they analyze videotaped depositions, opposing counsel’s control of the background, witnesses waiting to answer questions, and even Lil Wayne’s deposition over the “scandalous portrayal” of his life in a documentary film.

“This new EBG video and audio podcast uses interesting real-life anecdotes from the courtroom to let viewers and listeners learn directly from professional litigators on what they would do in the middle of a critical situation,” said Ken Kelly, a Member of the Firm in the Litigation & Business Disputes and Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practices. “Speaking of Litigation brings stories and conversations that used to be confined to small groups of litigators to a wide new audience.”
