Attorney Torin Shanahan focuses his practice on helping companies in the health care, financial services, and other industries to guide them through every stage of the litigation process.

Torin advises and represents clients in commercial litigation, in employment litigation under state and federal laws (including Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act), and in federal and state government audits and investigations.

In the health care sector, Torin assists with fraud and abuse cases, including False Claims Act matters related to Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute issues.
