Overview
Attorney Sam Ellis is a dedicated advocate for employers, focusing on employment litigation and compliance matters.
Employers value Sam’s counsel in employment disputes involving discrimination and retaliation claims, restrictive covenants, and trade secret misappropriation, as well as other issues of noncompliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Sam also assists in drafting employment agreements, policies to help clients minimize risk and maintain compliance, and position statements in response to discrimination charges.
Sam began his career at Epstein Becker Green as a summer associate in the firm’s Columbus office, gaining valuable experience in labor and employment matters. While in law school, he served as a legal intern for a global manufacturing company, where he researched and drafted various corporate policies and memoranda on employment and artificial intelligence issues.
