Naomi C. Friedman helps employers find and implement the solutions they need to address the myriad issues they face in the modern workplace.
Naomi assists employers in navigating complex federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring that their policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and best practices. She also focuses on employment litigation involving wage and hour, trade secret, harassment, and discrimination issues.
During law school, Naomi served as a mediator for Small Claims Courts in the Bronx and Queens. While a pre-law student at Amherst College, Naomi served as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, and as a mediation intern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
