Attorney Jennie Miller guides health care clients through corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. With experience in health care and cannabis law, she helps health care providers and cannabis businesses navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

Her work includes advising hospitals, physician practices, and other health care providers on matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Clients also turn to Jennie for guidance and compliance strategies on state and federal health care laws and other regulatory issues. In addition, she assists cannabis businesses with licensing and transactional matters.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Jennie honed her skills as an attorney at a regional law firm, where she handled corporate, health law, and cannabis law matters. After law school, she served as the law clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. Turula of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. During law school, she served as an intern for the Hudson County Law Department.
