Overview
Charles McQuair* provides practical and forward-thinking support to clients navigating employment litigation, business disputes, and workplace compliance.
He assists clients in employment litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as in business disputes concerning restrictive covenants and breach-of-contract issues.
In addition to his litigation work, Charles provides guidance to employers on complying with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. He helps employers review and update policies and procedures to align with current legal standards and workplace best practices.
Charles started at Epstein Becker Green as a summer associate and later as a law clerk in the firm’s Boston office, where he assisted with ongoing litigation matters and conducted in-depth legal research. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a legal intern at the Town Attorney’s Office in Hempstead, New York, and as a legislative intern for U.S. Representative Carolyn Maloney of New York, working on constituent outreach programs and research for new legislation.
