Overview
When businesses face high-stakes labor and employment challenges, they turn to Bronwyn Roantree—a tenacious litigator who thrives on solving complex workplace law issues.
Employers rely on Bronwyn to represent them in labor and employment disputes in federal and state courts, before government agencies, and in arbitral tribunals. She has experience handling cases involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and similar state laws. With a focused and pragmatic approach, Bronwyn works diligently to protect her clients’ interests in critical matters.
Beyond litigation, Bronwyn partners with employers to navigate the complexities of federal, state, and local employment laws. She advises on compliance strategies and develops workplace policies designed to mitigate the risk of costly litigation and support business goals.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Bronwyn honed her skills at a litigation boutique in New York. She also gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable James Orenstein of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Denny Chin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
