David Maytas, a Member of the Health Care and Life Sciences practice in the Washington, DC, office, participated as a member of the AHLA Ad-Hoc Advisory Task Force for the Sentencing Commission, which was convened in order to respond to a request from the US Federal Sentencing Commission that AHLA provide comments on some recent modifications to the US Sentencing Guidelines as a result of the Accountable Care Act.
