Both attorneys work in EBG's health care and life sciences practice, according to a statement from the firm.
Baldwin, who is based in EBG's San Francisco office, assists clients with health plan-related regulatory compliance matters under the Knox-Keene Act, California's Medi-Cal program and the Affordable Care Act.
Baldwin previously spent over 10 years at Crowell & Moring LLP. Before that, he served as deputy director of plan and provider relations at the California Department of Managed Health Care from 2013 to 2014. …
Thallner joins EBG's Washington, D.C., office after more than 29 years with Reed Smith LLP in Philadelphia, counseling health care companies and institutions on regulatory, reimbursement and compliance matters. …
