Frederick C. Dawkins, previously a partner with Freeman, Mathis & Gary, focuses his practice on employment litigation. He has extensive experience helping companies comply with employment-related laws, including gender, race, age, disability, national origin, and veterans' status discrimination statutes. In addition, he has worked with companies to develop and implement diversity management strategies that address inclusion-related goals, while at the same time furthering bottom-line business objectives.
