Richard H. Hughes IV, Member of the Firm, presents “Partnering to Advance Public Health in the Courts: Amicus Briefs and Beyond” at the Public Health Law Watch Fall 2026 Convening.

Public Health Law Watch is hosting a hybrid convening at Northeastern University to bring together public health law scholars, public health organizations and scientists, health care professionals, litigators, community advocates, and funders. The goal is to deepen coordination around public health and health equity litigation and to formalize collaborative pathways for amicus advocacy.
