A lawsuit challenging access to medication-induced abortions has been filed in Texas by the same law firm that litigated Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.  The implications could be huge for both employees and employers around the country. Other legislative and regulatory activity is in the works that may affect telemedicine abortions, fertility services and travel benefits.
