Frank C. Morris, Jr., Member of the Firm, will join a panel discussion, "Implementation of the 2010 ADA Building Regulations: Issues for Shopping Center Owners and Managers," hosted by the International Council on Shopping Centers.

The panel will discuss the updated U.S. Department of Justice regulations under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which take effect March 15, 2012. These revisions affect new construction, alterations, and barrier removal in both occupied spaces and common areas.
