Ted Kennedy, Jr., Member of the Firm, and Philo Hall, Senior Counsel, will co-present "Diagnosing Health Care: A Discussion of the Biden Administration's First 100 Days in Office," a virtual event hosted by Epstein Becker Green, Life Science Tennessee, and Southeast Life Sciences.

Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Hall will discuss President Biden's priorities, executive orders, regulations, and legislative agendas in health policy. Other topics include the new administration's COVID-19 response plan and which "midnight rules" put in place by the Trump administration could be intercepted or retained.
