Frank C. Morris, Jr., and Peter M. Panken, Members of the Firm, will speak at the ALI-CLE's Current Developments in Employment Law 2016, which runs from July 28 to 30. Mr. Morris also serves as a Practitioner Planning Chair.

This course is reformulated annually to present the most important topics and issues currently confronting employment lawyers. The 2016 program will include panel discussions on Americans with Disabilities Act developments, wage and hour updates, and emerging labor and employment issues related to the growth of the "gig" economy.
