Participants learned how to select perfect pairings for any occasion, just like a sophisticated sommelier.
In DRAGO Centro’s Vault Room, downtown LA’s only demonstration kitchen, gourmet cuisine was prepared and followed by a presentation of wine pairings with a professional sommelier.
This event was an excellent opportunity to network with new and old friends of the firm.
